I would like to write a glowing review about James & Jesse who installed our Lennox unit yesterday. Please, know how happy we were to have such a wonderful team of installers! They were efficient, competent, patient, thoughtful, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Everything you would wish for in a service team. My husband was just out this morning spreading the news regarding our positive experience with a couple of neighbors who inquired about "how did it go yesterday?" We would be remiss if we did not mention Mickey who handled our sales appointment and contract. So impressive and knowledgeable. Another five star team member! Yes! Good news travels quickly and happy customers share their thoughts. Our experiences with your company make us very happy to share the "good news"!

It’s going to be difficult to keep this short..... but worth the time!! Let’s start with Mario who came to our house to look at our current system and discuss replacing it from end-to-end. The notification in advance of him arriving with his picture and information about him was really cool! Plus, I wasn’t going to be surprised by the person at the door because I knew what he’d look like. He was incredibly thorough, explained everything in simple terms and gave me several options in replacing my current system. Because the prior owners of our house had animals in the attic a lot of insulation around the vents had been chewed into so I just wanted the entire system replaced. The installation crew was amazing. Same process where they both text that they are on their way and also called to confirm. Since I was at work and my wife was going to be home, knowing a bit about the people who were coming and her having a picture so she knew the guys at the door were legitimate was comforting. Craig Belt was in charge of the installation. He could not have been more helpful and polite. Ambi Tavares came back the second day to finish the job. Every one of the people that worked at our house were great. They were polite and courteous. We also had some new vents put in and there was ZERO mess from where they cut through the walls & ceilings. Really professional people and an incredible company. I have never had contractors at my homes in Illinois or Florida that were so professional. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
I have been customer for at least 10 yrs, and had multiple homes that they service for me. Erick Feliciano was the technician that came out yesterday. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of his work. He explained clearly what needed to get done and even took snapshots of the problems to show me. I had my underground copper piping replaced by Gulf Shore and I could not be more pleased with the results. My wife and I met with the companies representative, Keith, and he explained everything in detail what needed to be done in a way that we understood everything. Keith even helped us with the wiring of our new “nest” thermostats. The crew started the next day and completed the job in a matter of hours. Ambi and Gerardo did an amazing job. They were extremely neat and covered everything before starting the job. These three gentlemen are very knowledgeable, friendly, and know exactly how to do their job. My wife and I could not be happier with the job they did for us. If your looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and fair company, look no further. We can’t say enough about the the service we received. They are my new go to company for any air conditioning issues.

We switched over to the AC ductless system. Was not informed ( not by Gulf shore) that the units need intensive cleaning twice Yrly at least. Made appt with Gulf Shore who sent me Mario who was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the cleaning process and fixed my upstairs unit ... he is my new AC super hero. Erick is the gentleman who does the maintenance service on our AC, (which was also installed by Gulf Shore Cooling). He is an excellent representative for the company. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My husband and I are always pleased with his work and in fact, we request Erick when it comes time for our maintenance service. The installer did an awesome job installing and left the job site very clean. The communication and documentation was detailed and it made everything hassle-free. Last night I had issues with my A/C. Around 7:15 Bright called me to say he was 30 mins away. When he arrived of course he knew me but introduced himself to my husband and then began asking what was going on. I explained. He was first very professional, efficient in diagnosing the problem, recommended putting a hard start on the unit and we did. Asked if we maintain our unit and of course I told him yes. He wore his mask and put his foot covers on before entering my home.What impressed me the most about Bright (first time servicing my home) he asked his questions and there was no pressure in suggesting what was needed. He is very sincere and yet gets the job done. GSC is blessed to have him on the team.

Good afternoon I am compelled to say a few words about my service today. The gentlemen you chose to conduct our service, couldn't have been any better. My wife and I appreciated Erick's professional Service call this afternoon. Thank You so much for sending Erick to our home. He was very good and made us feel comfortable while in our home. If you look at our past service with your company it was refreshing to have Erick here. He seemed very knowledgeable in what he was talking about. We are so thankful he was our service rep. He did make a couple suggestions on what to do outside around the air conditioner unit. So to sum it up, please send Erick when we call. And we will ask for him for our next service. The Gulf Shores Cooling service tech, Jerry, just left our home and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided, as well as Gulf Shores for hiring such a quality person. After getting up into our attic where its Africa hot, he immediately went to work diagnosing the problem. He displayed his knowledge and proficiency about NC units by using a process of elimination in order to identify the problem. While doing this he explained to me what he was doing and why, never talking down to me and I appreciated that. The problem will require a return visit but I've already contacted Gulf Shores and told them Jerry is the only service tech I want to deal with. I also signed up for their service plan with the stipulation that only Jerry will come to our home. In my opinion, he's that good.
