Our History

Our roots date back to the early 1980s under the name Gulf Coast Cooling. In 2000, we relaunched as Gulf Shore Cooling, founded by Lorraine Wright, a construction industry veteran, and her husband Gary Wright, a seasoned HVAC expert who previously led Modern Air Conditioning and Service Experts.

From new construction to retail partnerships with Home Depot and Costco, we’ve built our reputation on word-of-mouth, referrals, and one guiding principle: treat customers like neighbors, not numbers.
